Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how Mighty Automation LLC (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) handles cancellations, billing disputes, and refund requests for all products, subscriptions, and services offered through our platform.

By subscribing to or purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.



General Policy

All payments made to Mighty Automation LLC are final and non-refundable. Our products and services—including but not limited to website hosting, automation systems, design templates, membership subscriptions, and software access—are delivered digitally or under ongoing service agreements, and therefore cannot be returned or refunded once access or work has commenced.

This applies to:

• Monthly and annual subscriptions
• Setup and onboarding fees
• Design and development services
• Automation, hosting, and CRM tools
• Custom integrations, marketing campaigns, or consulting sessions

We do not issue refunds for:

• Change of mind or business circumstances
• Dissatisfaction due to lack of results (as results depend on user implementation)
• Failure to cancel within the required notice period
• Partial periods of use within a billing cycle

Service Cancellations

To cancel a recurring subscription, you must submit a written cancellation request through the Contact Us page at least 30 days prior to your desired termination date.

Upon cancellation:

• Your service will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle.
• No prorated or partial refunds will be issued for unused time or features.
• If you wish to retain ownership rights to a website or digital asset created during your subscription, you may request a purchase quote for full ownership transfer.

Failed or Disputed Payments

All payments and fees are automatically charged to your payment method on file. If a payment fails, you will be notified and given 7 days to correct the issue. A $25 service fee will apply to failed payments not corrected within that timeframe.

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed with your financial institution are considered a violation of this Policy. We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account;
• Send the outstanding balance to collections; and
• Pursue reimbursement for all related costs, including bank and legal fees.

Billing Errors

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us immediately using the email, address, or phone number listed below. We will investigate the matter and, if an error is confirmed, issue an appropriate adjustment or credit at our sole discretion.

Policy Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:

• A duplicate payment was made in error.

All refund exceptions must be requested in writing within 10 days of the billing date and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
